BUS 123 — Marketing New York‚Äôs Agricultural Products

This course will provide students with an in-depth understanding of the unique characteristics, challenges, and opportunities in marketing New York agricultural products, including traditional ag products like fruit, vegetables, meat, and dairy; beverages from the NYS farm breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cideries; and hemp and cannabis. Students will explore a variety of marketing strategies, tools, and channels that are applicable to different types of agricultural products while emphasizing the importance of sustainability, local sourcing, and community engagement.
