COM 178 — Media Production Internship
A field experience with an approved agency or individual relative to the student's coursework. The work site is usually solicited by the student and number of credits are determined based on the terms of the internship. For Broadcast Media Production students only. AAS students may register upon successful completion of 24 credit hours of core curriculum ( , , , , , , , COM 291, , ) and 3.0 overall GPA. Offered for 1, 2 or 3 credits. Field work totaling 40 hours equals 1 credit hour, 80 hours equals 2 credit hours, and 120 hours equals 3 credit hours.
