CRJ 211 — Criminal Procedure
An examination of the nature and extent of individual rights guaranteed by the Constitutions, as well as the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments that constitute the essence of the law of criminal procedure. Also, application of the law of arrest, search and seizure, confessions, and pretrial identification to particular fact-based situations.
