ENG 100D — Critical Reading
Designed to introduce and improve effective reading strategies across all content areas. In addition to practices of text annotation and conventions of academic discourse, the course emphasizes reading as a process in order to foster both comprehensive and critical thinking. Students enrolled in Eng 090 D/S sequence must pass this course with a grade of C or better prior to continuing in the English sequence.
