NUR 200 — Principles of Nurse Caring IV

This nursing course is designed to build on the principles of nurse caring introduced in previous nursing courses. The pathophysiology and nursing care of adults and children with cardiovascular, respiratory, trauma and multiple systems problems will be explored. Through the use of nursing process, students will analyze, synthesize and evaluate an ever growing body of knowledge with the acute and chronically ill individual. This course is taught in a 1/2 semester format.

Prerequisites: NUR 102, NUR 103, NUR 104
