ACH205 — Residential Studio
4 credit hours - One hour of lecture and six hours of studio weekly; one term. Explore the principles and elements of designing complex residential projects for varying occupants. Create residences that are organized for comfort and safety, applying residential building codes including mechanical, electrical and lighting requirements. Design kitchens and baths following National Kitchen and Bath Association standards. Review construction techniques for new construction and remodeling.
