BPA173 — Managing and Valuing Workforce Diversity
3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. This course meets the Diversity Requirement. Explore and identify how organizations can build inclusive cultures by embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Examine key issues like power and authority, communication, legal issues, gender roles, stereotypes, and workplace stress through case studies, readings, and hands-on projects. Apply critical analysis and problem-solving skills to assess workplace practices and to develop practical strategies to drive meaningful changes and support underrepresented groups.
