CJS131 — Fundamentals of Private Investigation
3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. Study of the functions and responsibilities of private detectives and their relationship to private industry. Includes domestic and insurance investigation, undercover and surveillance activities and other private police activities. Legal aspects include both state and federal law along with limitations established by the Federal Privacy Act. Lab fee $15. Course
