CTS110 — Network Essentials
4 credit hours - Four hours of lecture and directed laboratory weekly; one term. Formerly CSI 132 Network Essentials Learn the fundamental building blocks that form a modern network including protocols, topologies, hardware and network operating systems. Develop the networking knowledge and skills related to TCP/IP, Ethernet, and wireless transmission and security. Learn to maintain and troubleshoot existing local area networks. Lab fee $5. Note: This course addresses the core material of the CompTIA Network+ exam
