ELL120 — Capstone Reading and Writing

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. Formerly ELL 320 - Capstone Reading and Writing This course meets the Arts & Humanities General Education Requirement. Apply reading comprehension skills in English. Employ the writing process in the U.S. higher education context. Compose research-based essays using complex sentences, discipline-specific vocabulary, and English syntax and grammar. Note: This course is not for students whose first and/or primary language is English. A grade of at least C is required to enroll in ENG 101 .
