ENG211H — World Literature 1 - Honors
3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. This is an honors course. This course meets the Arts & Humanities General Education Requirement. Explore great works of literature from the earliest written records through the 17th century. Read selections from ancient Mesopotamian, Biblical, Islamic, Asian, classical Greek and Roman and medieval and renaissance European literature. Crosslisted: Also as ENG 211 ; credit is not given for both ENG 211H and ENG 211 . Note: Complete and present an honors capstone research project that extends beyond the classroom.
