ENG218 — Introduction to U.S. Latinx Literature
3 credit hours - Three hours lecture weekly; one term. This course meets the Arts & Humanities General Education Requirement. This course meets the Diversity Requirement. Explore U.S. Latinx literature and cultural production. Engage in close reading of works by Mexican American, Puerto Rican, Dominican American, Cuban American, and U.S. Central American writers. Analyze works of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and other genres in their literary, historical, and political contexts. Course
