GSS117 — Healthy Aging for Women
3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. This course meets the Wellness Requirement. Examine the health and wellness related changes of women as they age. Investigate exercise, nutrition, menopause, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, female cancers, mental health, and gynecological health concerns and examine how women can influence these age-associated changes to live a healthy life.
