MAT100 — The Nature of Mathematics

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. This course meets the Mathematics General Education Requirement Encounter mathematical reasoning through an exposure to inductive methods, problem-solving techniques and the organization of information to discover patterns. Explore geometric topics and the connections between mathematics, the arts, and the social sciences.
