PHE101 — Kettlebells

1 credit hour - Two hours weekly; one term. Explore this introductory kettlebell course to improve physical fitness. Students will learn the basics of the deadlift, swing (two and one-handed), the Turkish get-up, squat, clean, press, and more. Experience a full body workout while building strength, endurance, and conditioning. Students will be introduced to mobility/flexibility drills, skill drills, kettlebell complexes/chains, and finishers. No prior experience is required. Lab fee $15.
