ENGL224 — Literature and the Environment
This course will explore works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry and drama that examine the relationship between humans and their natural environment. Students will explore how the literary response to our natural environment reflects and shapes culture, society, and history, tracing its evolution from ancient creation myths to contemporary literature. Meets General Education requirement for Humanities.
