Adult Education The Adult Education Program offers free classes in the areas of Adult Literacy, High School Equivalency preparation, and English as a Second Language (ESL). The Adult Education Program also offers classes for those who hold a Degree or Diploma seeking additional learning support or transition to college/workforce services. Adult Education classes are offered in Burke, Columbia, Lincoln, McDuffie, and Richmond counties. Students seeking to enter the Adult Education Program are required to complete registration , orientation, and TABE (Test of Adult Basic Education) or BEST Literacy (ESL) testing.
