Agriculture Animal Science Associate in Science for Transfer
The Associate in Science in Agriculture Animal Science for Transfer is designed to provide students a clear pathway to the CSU Animal Science major and completion of the Animal Science baccalaureate degree. The Animal Science major prepares students for occupations in those areas of agriculture involving the production, management, and marketing of livestock. Both the scientific and practical aspects of the production of horse, beef, sheep, swine, dairy cattle and companion animals are stressed in the courses. Upon completion of the following requirements, the student will be eligible for an Associate Degree for Transfer: (1) Completion of 60 semester units or 90 quarter units that are eligible for transfer to the California State University, including both of the following: a.
