Animal Science Associate of Science
The Animal Science major prepares students for occupations in those areas of agriculture that involve livestock production and related agribusinesses. Both the scientific and practical aspects of the production of horse, beef, sheep, swine, dairy cattle, poultry, and companion animals are the focus of courses. To Achieve the Associate of Science: Upon completion of graduation requirements and the required degree courses with at least a ‘C’ grade in each course, the student will be awarded an Associate of Science degree.
