Applied Leadership Certificate of Completion

The Applied Leadership Certificate of Completion noncredit program provides learners an opportunity to explore introductory theoretical and practitioner-based approaches to leadership in complex organizational settings. Topics explored through the program include concepts of leadership, historical contexts of leadership, innovation and change, educational technology, management and communication, and the role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in school leadership. These courses are not intended to substitute any graduate-level courses in educational or organizational leadership, which include a more thorough analysis of the topics listed and result in graduate degrees and credentials required for some administrative positions. Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
