English for Multilingual Students Basic Certificate of Competency
This is a Certificate of Competency awarded to students who have completed 432 hours basic EMLS coursework by completing EMLS B90NC, EMLS B91NC, EMLS B92NC, and EMLS B93NC. To Achieve the Certificate of Competency: Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Competency.
