This is a Certificate of Competency awarded to students who have completed more than 96 hours of intermediate and advanced EMLS reading coursework. To Achieve the Certificate of Competency: Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Competency.
