The purpose of the Bakersfield College LVN to Registered Nursing Associate of Science Program is to provide the foundation for students to become competent registered nurses. The LVN to Registered Nursing Associate of Science Program respects the individuality of students and recognizes that each student has different educational, experiential, cultural, spiritual, economic and social backgrounds and a unique support system.
