Ornamental Horticulture Associate of Science
The Ornamental Horticulture Associate in Science degree is designed for the student desiring to enter the workforce after earning a two-year college degree. Ornamental Horticulture (ORNH) is an applied natural science focused on the art and science of growing plants, shrubs, trees, flowers, fruits, vegetables and utilization of high value, intensively cultivated crops. They provide information regarding the care and propagation of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs, but place a special emphasis on those used for decorative and aesthetic purposes.
