Registered Veterinary Technicians Job Skills Certificate
This certificate prepares students for the California Veterinary Medical Board RVT Licensing Exam. Students must also complete the CVMB required clinic hours by working in a veterinary hospital/clinic. Course eligibility expires five years from the time it is completed for the state exam. Students who do not choose to become licensed RVT’s are still able to work in the field as Animal Health Technicians. Upon completion of the required courses with at least a ‘C’ or ‘P’ grade in each course, the student will be eligible for a Job Skills Certificate.
