School Food Service Certificate of Completion
The School Food Service Certificate of Completion provides professional development for those working in school food service operations. The training will provide students with necessary skills to advance into lead and management positions. The certificate is also a gateway to other noncredit and credit programs. The certificate is not intended to replace a credit course or certificate; but instead give the student an opportunity to explore the field of culinary arts management while receiving knowledge that will qualify them for more work opportunities. To Achieve the Certificate of Completion: Upon completion of the required courses with a grade of “P” for passing, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
