Studio Arts Associate in Arts for Transfer
The Associate in Arts in Studio Arts for Transfer Degree actively engages students in a variety of art media and art making practices in 2D and 3D media. Students will explore a wide range of art disciplines and develop technical and conceptual skills in art production as well as developing visually literacy, artistic expression, artistic production, cultural inquiry, critical thinking skills and aesthetics. Upon completion of the following requirements, the student will be eligible for an Associate Degree for Transfer: (1) Completion of 60 semester units or 90 quarter units that are eligible for transfer to the California State University, including both of the following: a. California General Education Transfer Curriculum (CalGETC). b. A minimum of 18 semester units or
