Woodworking/ Cabinetmaking Associate of Science
This degree covers the principles of woodworking to include materials, hand tools, wood cutting machinery and wood finishing. Emphasis will be put on designs to include modular construction, new materials and processes. Advanced bidding techniques are discussed. Career Opportunities: Cabinetmaker, Carpenter. To Achieve the Associate of Science: Upon completion of graduation requirements and the required degree courses with at least a ‘C’ or ‘P’ grade in each course, the student will be awarded an Associate of Science degree.
