LEAD 1000 — Intro to Leadership Concepts 3 Credit Hours
This course studies leadership styles, skills, roles, and functions of leaders of ogranizations. Students will gain a broad understanding of the history of leadership, theoretical approaches to leadership, and ethical issues facing contemporary leaders. Students will also develop a personal philosophy of leadership, an awareness of the moral and ethical respon- sibilities of leadership, and an awareness of one’s own style of leadership.
