DIETARY MANAGER
s specialize in providing optimum nutritional care through foodservice management. They work in hospitals, long term care, schools, correctional facilities, and other non-commercial foodservice settings. The certificate program allows students to gain knowledge and experience in foodservice management, nutrition therapy, human resources management, business operations, and sanitation. This program is approved through the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals and upon completion students are eligible to sit for the nationally recognized CDM®, CFPP® credentialing exam.
