AHE120 — Safety for Healthcare
2 CR Course includes certifications in: Basic Life Support CPR, Bloodborne Pathogens, Workplace Violence Prevention, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and First Aid. This course will train students to apply the appropriate protective practices in a healthcare office and/or clinical emergency situations. These trainings will include blood-borne pathogens, standard precautions, infectious diseases, infection control, disinfecting and sterilization, isolation precautions, and post-exposure plans.
