RSP-231 — Respiratory Care Clinical External IV
2 Lab Hour(s) This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunity to develop advanced skills in the management of ventilator patients in adult critical care areas. Students will also receive an introduction to the neonatal pediatric intensive care units. In addition, rotations through specialty areas are provided. Emphasis is placed on patient evaluation and education, decision-making skills, communication, and critical thinking skills.
