SUR-202 — Surgical Technology Externship II [Spring Only]
2 Lab Hour(s) This is a continuation of Surgical Technology Externship. This course allows the student to refine advanced professional skills developed in Externship. Students spend 15 weeks/21 hours a week in the hospital with a certified surgical technologist preceptor and adjunct instructor who is responsible for observing, assessing, and guiding them towards competency and mastery of their clinical experience.
