HSP-107 — Hospitality Basics - Front of House

Essential skills training that allows the student to apply for entry-level positions at hotels/inns with front of house experience. Students can earn two industry credentials combined with training in customer service, operations, guest services, marketing, leadership, unconscious bias and sexual harassment.
