ART 210 — Art History I
Credits: 3 Typically Offered: FALL This is a survey course covering art of prehistoric humans through the Gothic Era (1400 A.D.). Students will gain an appreciation and understanding of art during this period through class discussion, lecture, slides, videos, and text reading. Art History I is designed to demonstrate the important role art has placed in history, politics and government, religion, and human development.
