CMT 230 — Construction Planning and Scheduling
Credits: 4 Prerequisites: CMT 140 and CMT 145 or departmental approval. Typically Offered: SPRING This course covers the fundamental concepts of planning, scheduling, and controlling construction projects, with an emphasis on the use of software applications. Students will learn to create and analyze diagrams, precedence networks, and resource allocation plans, as well as perform time assignments and computations. Key topics include the Critical Path Method (CPM), project monitoring, and schedule updating. The course equips students with the skills needed to effectively manage construction project timelines and resources.
