EMS 232 — PHTLS-Prehospital Trauma Life Support

Credits: 1 Typically Offered: SUMMER This course will award a certification in Prehospital Trauma Life Support good for a period of three years. Topics include, but are not limited to Kinematics, Trauma Airway Management, Thoracic Trauma, Extremity Trauma, Thermal Trauma, Shock and Fluid Resuscitation, Head Trauma, Spinal Trauma, and Musculoskeletal Trauma.
