ENGR 150 — Introduction to Engineering

Credits: 3 Typically Offered: FALLSPR Introduction to Engineering is the essential foundation of skills new engineering students need to prepare for upper level courses. In this course, students learn about different engineering career paths, ethics, design, teamwork, project management, engineering communication, estimation, solving problems, the importance of fundamental dimensions and base units, how to analyze dimensionless numbers, excel workbooks, graphical solutions, models and systems, and mathematical models.
