BIOL102 — ~General Biological Science II

This is the second semester of a two-semester sequence that develops skills necessary to understand biology. This integrated course, encompasses lecture and lab components. This course will include an overview of evolution, diversity of life, microbes, protists, fungi, plants, and animals, as well as the human body, the immune system, diseases, animal reproduction and development, population and community ecology, ecosystems, the biosphere, conservation, and biodiversity. Some science courses may require specialized software tools, such as lockdown browsers and proctoring applications. Prerequisite(s): BIOL 101 - ^General Biological Science I
