CART150 — Pasta On the Silk Road
This course focuses on the wide variety of methods, techniques, and preparation of pasta and sauces as developed along the ancient Silk Road. Students will be introduced to the Geometry of Pasta and learn why certain pasta shapes work so well together. Prerequisite(s): CART 100 - Intro Culinary Food Service , CART 115 - Safety/Sanitation in Food Serv , CART 212 - Baking Skills & Development , CART 245L - Cooking Fundamentals I Lab , and CART 245 - Cooking Fundamentals I Lecture
