CART295 — Pastry Showpieces

In this class, the students will produce decorative showpieces in the mediums of sugar and chocolate. Students will also practice making candies and garnishes in both mediums. Prerequisite(s): CART 212 - Baking Skills & Development and CART 280 - Cake Design and Professional Decorating

Prerequisites: CART212, CART280
