CART296 — Ala Carte
CART 296 is a Capstone course of the A.A.S. degree program and requires students to demonstrate their knowledge, skills, and abilities in a supervised lab setting. Students demonstrate by acting as the Executive Chef, Line Cooks, and Front-of-house staff in a simulated restaurant environment. Prerequisite(s): CART 200 - International Cuisines Lecture , CART 200L - International Cuisines Lab , CART 245 - Cooking Fundamentals I Lecture , CART 245L - Cooking Fundamentals I Lab , CART 246 - Cooking Fundamentals II , and CART 246L - Cooking Fundamentals II Lab
