EDET293 — Practical Line Work Internship II

Practical Line Work Internship is a paid internship to expand student’s career awareness and further develop their practical hands-on experience. Internships consist of over 160 hours of onsite work with a local utility company. Students will be required to travel to an employer (off-campus) to work during normal business hours. A.S. or Electric Distribution Engineering Technology Certificate Prerequisite/Corequisite(s): EDET 102 - Fundamentals of Electric Power Distribution , EDET 103 - Heavy Equipment Operation , EDET 120 - Adv Pole Working Workshop , and EDET 121 - Safety for Electrical Line Workers
