MAST210 — Medical Law & Ethics
This course introduces the complex legal, moral, and ethical issues involved in providing healthcare services. Emphasis is placed on the legal requirements of healthcare professionals; HIPPA regulations; the role of documentation and ethical completion. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of current medical law and accepted ethical behavior. Note Must pass with C or better.
