MLT210 — Clinical Practice I-Internship
Students will experience an internship at an affiliated hospital. This will provide the students the opportunity to gain practical skills experience in manual and automated procedures in two specified departments. Students will experience problem-solving, evaluation of quality control and learn instrument maintenance. A.S. with a concentration in Medical Laboratory Technician, MLT 101 - Intro to Medical Laboratory Technician , and MLT 102 - Medical Laboratory Techniques .
Prerequisites: MLT101, MLT102
