PSYC270 — Wellness and Happiness
This course will examine various philosophies of love and happiness. Students will create their own philosophy of love, happiness, and how to live in deeper communion with this philosophy. Students will participate in habitual wellness initiatives that will push them physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The goal of this course is to increase quality of life through rich experiences, research-based health protocols, and examination of wisdom literature from different cultures, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness and positive aspirations.
