ITL 190EH — Italian Food Culture (Honors)
In this course we will use food as the critical lens to explore and contextualize the formation of national identity through the many changes Italy underwent, from Ancient Rome to present time, in terms of history, geography, local gastronomy, and traditions. No knowledge of Italian is required.
