SCI 430 — Scientific Instrumentation
This course covers the theory and practice and quantitative method with special attention to instrumentation currently employed such as optical, electro-chemical, chromatographic, and radio-chemical techniques. The physicochemical theory and operating characteristics of the instrumentation are stressed. The laboratory emphasizes measurements of biological and environmental significance.Note: This course satisfies Pathways "Life and Physical Science" and "Scientific World" areas.
