When increased observation and performance level show sufficient orientation to ultrasound procedures, image analysis, and instrument operation students are allowed increased scanning. Students should begin to show competency on most abdominal and gynecological sonograms by the end of this course. Introduction to obstetric and superficial procedures is expected
