ENGL 2311 - Technical and Business Writing ENGL 2311 - Technical and Business Writing CIP 2313035112 The writing of professional communication for the scientific, business, and technical fields. Intensive study of and practice in professional settings. Focus on the types of documents necessary to make decisions and take action on the job, such as proposals, reports, instructions, email messages, letters, and oral reporting. Practice individual and collaborative processes involved in the creation of ethical and efficient documents. (3 lecture, 0 lab) Required skill level: College-level reading and writing.
